THE REVENUE AI BRIEF · ONE PLAY A DAY

Welcome to The Revenue AI Brief. One play a day on AI applied to revenue, in about three hundred words. Two minutes to read, one thing to run today.

TODAY'S PLAY

run every AI agent through one manager agent instead of babysitting five open tabs yourself

Most teams that pick up multiple AI agents run them in parallel tabs, pasting a task into each one and flipping between half finished answers all day. That is not leverage, it is a second job. The coordination ends up costing more time than the actual work.

We run one conversation that acts as the manager. It opens a fresh agent per task, writes that agent a real brief instead of forwarding our one line, and checks every answer against the goal before it ever reaches us. We only see the reviewed result.

RUN IT THIS WEEK

  1. Pick one goal for the manager to run today. Phrase it the way you would brief a sharp operator, because that sentence sets the ceiling for every agent underneath it.

  2. Write the agent's brief yourself first. Let the manager reuse that framing on every similar task, so the good version compounds instead of getting retyped from scratch each time.

  3. Read only the reviewed answer. Skip the raw output from each agent and let the manager check its work against the original goal before anything lands in your inbox.

WHY IT WORKS

A manager that reviews before you see the output is the whole difference between fifty agents and fifty problems. Skip that layer and every weak answer becomes another message in your inbox, and you are back to flipping between tabs. The review is the job, everything else is plumbing.

See you tomorrow with the next play.
