Welcome to The Revenue AI Brief. One AI revenue play, every day, no filler. Here is today’s.

The play: run five core sales workflows from one AI workspace

Most sales teams pay for a different tool at every step: one to find accounts, one to enrich contacts, one to research, one to write, one to sequence. Every handoff adds cost, latency, and one more place for the data to go stale. The output still reads generic because no single tool ever sees the whole picture.

We moved five workflows into one agentic workspace (we use Perplexity Computer): account research, contact enrichment, call prep, first-draft outreach, and pipeline follow-up. One place, one context, so the agent carries what it learned in step one all the way through step five.

How to run it this week

  1. 1. Pick the single workflow that eats the most rep hours this week. For most teams that is account research before outbound.

  2. 2. Write the input as one paragraph a stranger could act on: the ICP, the buying trigger, the output you want. Hand it to the agent and read the result critically.

  3. 3. Keep a human on QA before anything reaches a prospect. One wrong claim about a company costs you that account for good. Only then move the next workflow across.

Why it works

Tool sprawl is really a context problem. When one system holds the full thread, personalization gets cheap enough to run on your whole list instead of only your top accounts, which is where reply rates actually move. Disclosure: Perplexity is a Growth Cab partner and this play features their product. Full breakdown on the blog: gc.growthcab.com/ai-for-sales

See you tomorrow with the next play.
